Why won't this render properly in Netscape 4.7?

I'm working on a template for this site,

    http://www.pheasantsforever.org/anniversary/index.html

    I've tested on Windows, IE6, 5.5, 5.0 and Netscape 6.2, 6.1

it looks fine, but in NN4.73, the main content goes all the way to the right. I'm using css, so I'm thinking that may be the problem. Any ideas how to fix this with css so it renders nicely? Or do I have to do it all with tables?

    Thanks for the help

If I remmember correctly, NS4.73/75 had a problem reading CSS in tables. As the main content is in a table - the browser is not recognising the style sheet.

    Or was I dreaming?????

Well, 4.73 it sure looks bad. I'll probable have to redo it either all with <div>s or all with tables. Anybody see problems with it in other browsers/OSs? Please let me know. Thanks.
