    Scrollbar positioning question

Really simple(maybe) thing that is driving me crazy. Here is a link to a mock up of the page:
    http://web.utk.edu/~jbaxter4/volvo/mockup
This is all basic css. I have been trying to figure out how to get the scrollbar that controls the text block to appear on the side of the browser (standard scrollbar position) instead of inside the smaller rectangle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

get rid of in the .box class:

    overflow: auto

It is creating your scrollbars. However, this presents a problem with the bottom nav stuff. I suggust you don't absolute position it, just put it at the end of the page.
