    Form tag forcing td height

    Hi

    I have what is probably a very basic question but it has been puzzling me for a while.

    I have a form tag in a row of a table. The form has a drop down list of urls and then a go button to go to that location. It all works fine. However, I want the table row to be as thin as it can be as it is on the top bar of my website. When I put the form tag in the table, the row height increases and nothing I do seems to make it smaller. I have tried setting the td height to a small value and even setting a height of the form (not sure if the form tag has a height property) but to no avail.

    Is there a trick to get round this one, or am I just being extremely dim?

    Thanks

    Jo

    add this to the open form tag
    Code:
    style="margin:0px;"
    that should get rid of the "extra" spacing
    so it should look something like this
    Code:
    <form style="margin:0px;" action="blah" method="blah">
    your form stuff
    </form>
