    What result?

What result do you wish to accomplish, and which logo do you want to use?
Currently, you both have a background image through CSS, and a foreground image in the markup; by the looks of it, the background image is the one you want.

If so: simply ditch the image from the content, and use the background one. You can use the positioning features for background images to line it up nice and centered (50% on both top and left should de nicely) and you don't need the second div.
It is advisable to add an actual text description to the header as well, for accessibility reasons; you can use part of a number of image replacement techniques to hide the text for visual browsers
