    E-mail Form via MYSQL

How can I make an e-mail form that will go where I want it to go (e-mail wise) without the sender opening hi/her mail host? I remember reading that takes MYSQL, I have it, so I just neeed to know how.

P.S. I would like to set it up in form format, it would have to be, I think.

MySQL is a database -- it only stores information, not perform server side behaviours.
You could use something like this: http://www.jasongillyon.co.uk/?page=scripts

./..or do a search in the PHP forum for 'email script' - there will be many results

I take no responsibility for the above nonsense.
