    Navibar Again

I have asked this over and over again, but I need to know if there is some way to just link to an "external" file on a page at the DIV where I can change the one "external" page, and it changes every where that it is linked to?

EDIT: no Iframe, that doesn't work in all browsers, and would appreciate no javascript, I am just thinking of maybe a CSS style sheet link?

depends what type of data you are dealing with, for a navbar, well since u dont want to use js or frames, you can use server side includes, this requires that your host supports php or some other type of language like ASP, etc... both languages are capable of including the same file in every page, so if that one file gets updated it will disperse through out the rest of the pages when called upon
