    You forgot to put px after 700 and 600 .

    In your code change

    Code:
    <div style="position:absolute; top:700; left:600">
    to

    Code:
    <div style="position:absolute; top:700px; left:600px">

    ok but wait....

    now its doing the same thing my whole site did before i was using a style sheet.
    when the browser is resized it doesnt move with the rest of the layout.

    how would i add it into my style sheet so that it centers with the rest of the layout??

    It does that because you have an absolute position set. Try this:

    Change:
    Code:
    <div style="position:absolute; top:620px; left:690px">
    <center><a href="thecat.html" taget="main"><img src="images/catlink.gif" border="0"></a></center>

    </div>
    to

    Code:
    <div align="right"><a href="thecat.html" taget="main"><img src="images/catlink.gif" border="0"></a></div>
    And move it before your closing body tag </body>.

    Or, if you want a CSS solution...

    Code:
    <div style="float: right; text-align: center;">
    <a href="thecat.html" target="main"><img src="images/catlink.gif" border="0"></a>
    </div>
    I haven't tested it, but it should work.
