    Links Jumping Up in IE

On this site: http://redblizzard.hostmatrix.org/digicheese/ the links jump up when you hover over the top two, but it is fine in Mozilla. Another IE problem, or lack of my CSS knowledge?

    Thanks in advance.

The problem may be because you have the bottom padding set to 20px under menu, so when the page loads that is where it places the menu. But then you have specified a top padding of 12% under menu ul, therefore when the user hovers over top of the menu, it changes from 20px bottom padding to a 12% top padding.

Try changing that to see if it works.
