I was trying to get the div boxes surrounding the text to extend equally. The only way I found to do this was to use the div 100% / html, body 100% style. It works perfectly on IE meaning it extends all the way down, and when the browser resizes up the div's recognize the text inside them and stop at the base of them. I had to use a negative margin and clear to get it to look right, don't think it adversely affects anything. However on Firefox when the height of the browser is reduced the div boxes do not recognize the text inside of them and proceed to resize without them with an ugly result. Is there a way I can manage the heights so Firefox will recognize the text. I have tried min-height but it only creates one stopping point whereas IE creates multiple stopping points based on the font-size.

thanks
