    Image rollover but no JS??

I want to have a 'image rollover' affect using CSS. I know that you can use the tags a:link, a:hover, etc etc. but can you just use the same principal and apply to custom tags i.e. blah:hover ??

If not how would I do it using CSS? If in fact it's possible in CSS!

    Many thanks in advance,
    Rich

CSS can't control the source of an <img> tag...

But it can control background images. Check this out:
