    Need help with footer....

    I cannot keep the footer down at the bottom. I have it place outside my container and it should stay at the bottom. It only stays at the bottom on this page: http://www.designhousestudios.info/el_gallery.php

    All other pages it floats to the top inside the container: http://www.designhousestudios.info

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    give the footer this declaration in CSS:
    Code:
    clear: both;

    Shouldn't have to add a worthless html character to get it to work... well, that does tell me it's for sure a CSS issue, not an HTML -- which I knew as it still validates fine.

    Got it - I didn't even notice at first. Since you're using Absolute positioning to shift your images and text, you obviously can't do a clear both, absolute takes it out of the flow of the document. So you'll have to change those around a tad, remove it from the top homenav:
    Code:
    #homenav	{
    	height: 150px;
    	border: 0;
    	padding: 0;
    	margin: 45px 0px 0px 76px;
    	}
    Then your paragraph to:
    Code:
    #under {
    	width: 316px;
    	margin: 35px 0 0 444px;
    	padding:0;
    	}
    Now you can keep the clear both on the footer and adjust the margins/padding to your hearts content
