what do i need to know about framesets in XHTML?

    http://www.danssouthsidemarine.com/

this site is still a little sloppy in more places than this. especially a variety of Opera and Mozilla/Firebird/FiireFox related bugs. but i noticed an interesting difference in how each browser (IE included) rendered the frame heights based on a specification of "168,*".

    any clues?
