    Hi there velious,

    Try it like this...
    Code:
    <html>
    <head>

    <style type="text/css">
    table{float:left;}
    td{width:100px;height:100px;border:solid 1px #000000;}
    </style>

    </head>
    <body>

    <table><tr>
    <td>left</td>
    </tr></table>
    <table ><tr>
    <td>right</td>
    </tr></table>

    </body>
    </html>

    or, if you want to do it the wrong, outdated way, you could put a big table around the whole shebang. One table goes in the first <td> and one goes in the other.
    Code:
    <table>
    <tr>
    <td>
    <table>...</table>
    </td>
    <td>
    <table>...</table>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    Not recommended, but it'll work...
