    navigation bar

I have created this simple nav bar, and i am wondering

    a) what you think

    and

    b) whether or not there is a way to stop the other links moving positions when you mouseover a different link.

OK, i thought of something that works, but i dont know how efficient or 'proper' it is... well i decided to put a dotted line there constantly, but the same colour as the background. Then it changes when your mouseover. is this ok?

Yeah, that works. If your background wasn't a solid colour, you could set a margin of 1px on the left and right, and replace it with the border on the :hover.
