    text overflow

    Noob here. I have an "interesting" problem. Here is a screenshot of the problem (I think it may be more helpful than me just "verbally" explaining)text overflow-screenshot1.jpg

    The content of this page is through a mysql database search (so it's php). $variable query produces the result. The page itself is really made up of two columns, each is a <div class> and each has its own <p style>. The database runs on the left column. The right is static. I bring this up because I was able to locate a way to make text fit using something called "overflow" on this site code · How to Centre and Layout Pages Without a Wrapper. I'm just not sure how to implement overflow for my "specifications"? Please advice?

    Solved with .classname {overflow: scroll;}
    Wish I could do this via a "show more" link....the scroll bar feels rather clunky. Anyway, I'd appreciate if anyone has any advice on this.
