Divs get pushed down browser is resized smaller.

I have a basic 3 column website. All the columns are floated left. I'm having an issue where the middle and right divs will get pushed underneath the left div when the browser width is resized under a certain size.

I was wondering if anybody could help me fix this?

With the width of the div class "frontinformational" set at 200px the div stays put and won't get pushed to the bottom.

However, when I set a min-width of 200px (to preserve the look of the panel), it won't stay put. It is as if min-width doesn't work?

    Any help?

I removed a min/max width from a container and made it one width only to solve this. It doesnt have the slick dynamic shrink/enlarge appearance now but at least it is a little bit more robust.
