    Placing objects in table cell

    Hello, how would I do the following:

    table top ---------
    :text here:



    :another image here:
    table bottom ---------

    The text should be aligned to the top, and the image aligned to the bottom, allowing for 100% table height to 30%, without effecting the positions.
    No doubt I can do this with CSS, but I haven't had to do this before.

    How about just using 2 cells without a border, it will look like 1 cell but no one will know or probably even care.

    That may be the only solution, the only one I could find, but I am trying to get the same result without having to implement 2 cells.
