    Need a Example of a Email form..I think

    Hi Im about to host a turnament for an online gaming clan for The age of Conquerors (Rs) and was wondering how to setup a page where people whishing to sign up could do so through an email form...i think thats what its called but im not usre ive never tried this before...basicly what im aiming to do is this...Have a page where people can enter two zone (2 people per team) their time zone and a desired team name... and maybe a comment once they were done filling in this information they would be able to submit it and it would send the information via email to an email address...how would you do all this?

    Like I said ive never tried this so I dont know if im asking too much or what any help though is greatly appreciated.

    Attached is one I helped someone with not long ago.
    It should give you a pretty good start.

    <form method="post" action="mailto:<email@address>" enctype="text/plain">

    </form>

    The form's action is just a simple mailto: command. Put the email address that the form should send to here.

    enctype="text/plain" makes the form more readable as plain text in an email.

    Be warned that when a user hits the submit button on this form he will be prompted with something like below:

    "This form is being submitted using e-mail.
    Submitting this form will reveal your e-mail address to the recipient, and will send the form data without encrypting it for privacy.
    You may continue or cancel this submission."

    kk I think ive got the general idea of how to do it..a few questions tho can I modify any of these values?
    Code:
    var me = 'dispute';
    var at = '@';
    var site = 'bzf.nucleardays.com';
    var to = me+at+site;
    var sub  =  'Tournament Dispute Report';
    var name = document.dispute.name.value;
    and as for sending it to an email address....I dont see anywhere were it states an email for me to change....on last thing is the submit button to make it a normal button would i just change <input type="image" into button? here my modified version of your script so you can see if ive dont anything wrong as far as deleting stuff i shouldnt or adding stuff I shouldnt

    Change the highlighted variables:
    var me = 'dispute';
    var at = '@';
    var site = 'bzf.nucleardays.com';
    var to = me+at+site;
    var sub = 'Tournament Dispute Report';
    var name = document.dispute.name.value;

    eg: BryMan@hotmail.com

    The reason this was done was to prevent email harvesting bots from collecting your email address and adding it to a spam list.

    You could also just use:

    var to = BryMan@hotmail.com;
    var sub = 'Tournament Dispute Report';
    var name = document.dispute.name.value;

    ...and don't use the mailto: option posted earlier. If the user doesn't have a client installed, nothing happens.
    Zoobie or not Zoobie...That is the problem.
