    Using CSS auto with additional parameter;

    Is it possible to do something like:

    Code:
    div.foo {
    	margin-bottom: auto + -44px;
    }
    So, the DIV goes auto, but then minues an additional 44 pixels?

    No, that’s not possible.
    Besides, in vertical direction “auto” equals 0 (zero) anyway so you could as well just write margin-bottom: -44px;
