    Please Help/... look at my page...

    Hello,

    I am really frustrated and would appreciate someones help... i have built the following page:

    http://www.superbilliardsexpo.com/mail.html

    and for some reason, a portion of the text is not appearing (right in the middle of the page, above the form) and also, the form is not working, nothing happens when you click the submit button...

    I do not know what is going on, everything seems to be programmed correcly, so I am stuck!

    please offer any help at all, I would really appreciate it, THANKS!!!

    The block of text is using the defunct <font> tag, and has no closing tag either.
    [code]
    <font face=arial,helvetica size=2 color=white>

    should be
    <p style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:85%;color:#fff;">You can get added to our mailing list so you'll always be up to date on what's going on with the Super Billiards Expo. Or better still, put this in your <style> in <head>
    Code:

    p{font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
        font-size:85%; /* You need to use a unit of measure (em,% or even px) for EVERYTHING */
        color:#fff;
    }
    This can be written on one line in shorthand, but I'm too tired to remember which order they go in.
    You have another open <font> at the bottom.
    DOn't have the energy/sanity to sort through your <td><tr> riddled form at the moment, but if you're totally stuck, why don't you strip ALL formatting/tables/words, out of the form and maybe the problem will stand out a little more?

    I take no responsibility for the above nonsense.

    Shorthand:

    p { font: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif #ffffff 85%; }

    thank you very much...

    thank you for helping me so quickly, and i apologize for the poor subject line

    i was a little frustrated when I wrote the post, so I may not have thought that out real well....

    i didn't know the <font> tag is now defunct, i guess i have a lot to re-learn... I'll have to look into the new methods so I can learn that...

    Also, I didnt know my form was riddled with excessive tags, I dont know any other way to lay out a table other than what i did... I learned html a few years ago, and I have been using the form I learned ever since then....

    and btw, somehow the page was miraculously working earlier today when i checked it... the problem i was having semed to fix itself...

    oh well! thanks again!
