please help fix a really simple site..

I'm really a beginner in html/css, and I have made this simple site, which is basically just a logo, a form and an embedded flash.

However, my site does not validate, and when I try to fix the suggested errors, the elements all misalign.

I am looking for someone who would have 15 min to look at the site and just make sure the html is correct. I don't know if I want to post the site publicly on the forum, maybe we could chat via pm? I would even be willing to paypal a few bucks for this small task.

    Could anyone help?

You can check whether your own code (HTML/CSS) is correct by using the validators:

    Validating:

    Why Validate?
    CSS Validator
    HTML Validator
    But It Doesn't Validate
