    navigation problem

Hey, I'm having a problem with centering my navigation if someone could please help me When I'm having it centered on my own computer I get it looking just fine, but when looking from others computers and sometimes other browser the text draws more to left or some of the links jump to next row.
I haven't done this code 100% my own and still learning so not sure about how everything works just yet...
