    Cool Personality Quiz

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me code a Personality Quiz in html for my website. Here is what I would like the quiz to look like:

    Title: Hogwarts House

Question 1: What Best Describes You?
    Option A: Intelligent and Smart
    Option B: Leader and Powerful
    Option C: Loyal and Daring
    Option D: Kind and Helpful

Question 2: What Do You Enjoy Doing the Most?
    Option A: Reading a Book
    Option B: Leading a Group/Organization
    Option C: Preforming Scary Dares
    Option D: Helping Someone Out

(I Plan On Having More Questions, But I Won't Make You Read Them All.)
Submit Button: SEE WHAT HOUSE I'M IN

    NEXT PAGE:

    (Depending On What They Answered)
    House: You Are In ____________!

    Options: TRY AGAIN EXIT

    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

You will need either JavaScript or server side processing to process the form.

See http://www.felgall.com/jsquizp3.htm for a JavaScript solution.

Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.

Once again, this forum is not a free coding service. As a general rule, the people helping out in this forum don't write code for others, but try to help with fixing code that doesn't work. You may perhaps get someone to write this code for you, but you'll be far more likely to get help if you have made a substantial effort and written some code yourself. Then someone here will almost certainly help you correct/improve your work.

All the code given in this post has been tested and is intended to address the question asked.
Unless stated otherwise it is not just a demonstration.
