I'm wanting to know if there is some way to make a progress bar in Pure CSS or JS/JQ? If So,

As far as coding the look of the progress bar, I would put one div inside another, code one to contain the progress bar, the other to be the progress bar, and float it left so that the progress goes from left to right. The progress would be indicated by the width of the inner div.
