    Page slows down my computer

    Hello All,

i seems to have done something funky when pudding this page together-

When i scroll about mid-way down, my computer /browser lag.

Does anyone know what the culprit could be? an image? bad CSS / HTML?

    any insight is appreciated.

    Best,

    Peter

seems to be taking forever to load, correction , not loading.

Also, including various direct linked images, You are loading 106 externals resourcs on page load. This is god knows how many CSS files and js files. Thats probably what is killing your browser.

28 js files and 15 css files. thats way too much.

check this out : (google page speed analysis)
    http://developers.google.com/speed/p...to-new-york%2F

also says your server takes almost 2 seconds to respond to page requests, so you server could be a tad sluggish as well. almost 12 seconds to load the page from eastern US.
