    Contact form - adjustments

    Hello,

I'm very new to coding and I need some help with this one, I would appreciate any help.
So, I have a contact form (you can see the whole code clicking on the link below) that I want to modify/add some functions.

    For example this code:

    PHP Code:
     <tr>
              <
    td><label for="subject">Subject</label></td>
              <
    td><select name="subject" id="subject">
                <
    option value="" selected="selected"> - Choose -</option>
                <
    option value="Passport ID">Passport ID</option>
                <
    option value="Driving License No">Driving License No</option>
                <
    option value="Advertisement">Advertising</option>
                <
    option value="Complaint">Complaint</option>
              </
    select>          </td>
              <
    td>&nbsp;</td>
            </
    tr>
            <
    tr
For example, when a user will choose "Passport ID" from the select list I would like that another select list option to appear (slide) and after that If I select something from the second select list" another select list should appear. How to do it ?

And second questions is, when I click on a desired Textfield a image should appear on the right side, how to accomplish this ?
    Thank you in advance.

you will have to use JavaScript to capture the select elements onchange event and react to selections. for the next you have to capture the onfocus event for the text input to show your image. ( there may be a way to do so using css3 but I am unsure)
