Displaying sub-menu horizontally below main nav

How can I display my sub-menu horizontally below the main nav instead of vertically?

Your using a Wordpress site, I would just check to see if they have a variation of that menu with the items horizontal.

Nothing in the Wordpress "Menus" section that I see that will give me a horizontal submenu but I did get it working, I just cant get the margins/padding in between them to work right. I am trying to bring those together but dont see the css for it
