It's not showing up on any browsers for me, but I found the problem.

Here is your background-image url right now: http://rosemorales.com/rose/wp-conte...alloons-00.png

Here is what it should be: http://rosemorales.com/wp-content/up...alloons-00.png

Here is the image url for your mom's bio right now: http://rosemorales.com/rose/wp-conte...om-300x300.jpg

Here's what it should be: http://rosemorales.com/wp-content/up...om-300x300.jpg

Basically, you have "rose/" in your URL when there shouldn't be. I'm not sure why. Maybe you migrated your WP from the "rose" subdirectory. You might want to look at WordPress Address (URL) under General Settings and see that it has the correct WordPress address. Or you might have just incorrectly typed in the URL. Either way, the problem was the URL.

Lol. Thankfully, IE10 is supposed to...not be so crappy.

Anyway, IE supports font-face. It has since like...IE 4.0 or something, but it doesn't support ttf or otf. You need an eot format.

    You can use this site:

    http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator

    to generate an eot format.
