    how do I line up my navigation with logo?

    I would like my navigation bar to line up with the bottom of the word "photography" in my logo, so its not so high up. Also I would like to add the character "|" between my navigation links as a separator. Thank you. My page seems to be floating vertically centered, each page has different spacing at the top, is there a way to lock it, so all pages are a half inch down or so?

    For whatever reason you've disabled right click on your page, and it resized my browser too, some old annoying tricks I haven't seen for a while. Since I can't right click I can't get a good look at your source code, so post your code. If you're trying to protect your images, there are other and better ways, and I can tell you about them. And the pictures change too fast anyway.

    first off thank you for the heads up on the old school right click and browser size thing (i am new at this whole thing, so i appreciate it a lot).

    I just deleted the right click and resize script. you should be able to see the code now. and yes, please tell me a better option to protect my images.

    as for the images being to fast; this page is temporary. I am going to try to make a full screen thing like this:http://tympanus.net/codrops/2012/01/...ge-2/#comments

    thank you so much!

    Looks like you need to set a value for margin-top on #topNav... like so

    #topNav { margin-top: 140px; }

    That's just my estimate on the pixels, so you might need to tweak it a bit.

    How I would do the menu. Remake the logo on the form of an old fashioned banner, ( old school isn't all bad! ) make it the background of a div of the same size and put the menu div inside it, floated right. Very stable arrangement since there's really only one thing in the 'box', the background doesn't count as inside.

    Ways to protect images. Cover over them with a div with a high z-index, or a single pixel transparent gif, sized to cover them, also with a high z-index, or perhaps best is cover them with an .svg, which can be included in the page, and have its size set by the image size. You can even use it to put a phony watermerk over the image, even tilted to cover it.

    Of course if someone really wants a particular image, and is knowledgeable, they will probably get it anyway. But this will stop the right click over the image to save it.
