    Exclamation Can someone tell me what this code is?

    So one of my friends sent it to me (to help me with my website) so I need to know is this javascript?

    Yeah it is javascript event handlers from Dreamweaver using the kind of Macromedia junk code that has plagued us for years. If you are just starting out it is not the kind of garbage you want to learn from.

    It is just code for handling image effect like swapping on hover.

    Most modern code just uses CSS.

    If you are just starting out you would be better with learning from tutorials and examples on sites using modern approaches.
