    FB Like Button & Like Box problem

    Hi!

    Is there anyone who knows why the Facebook Like Button and Like Box on my Website don't connect properly to the Facebook Page?

    All appears to go fine until the actual last step, the Like's don't get registered on the Facebook page. Does anyone know what might be missing in the coding?

    Coding as provided by Facebook:

    Code:
    <div id="fb-root"></div>
    <script>(function(d, s, id) {
      var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
      if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
      js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
      js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js#xfbml=1";
      fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
    }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>
    Code:
    <div class="fb-like" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/enjoydesigns.net" data-send="false" data-width="450" data-show-faces="false" data-font="trebuchet ms" data-colorscheme="dark"></div>

    Please find below the issue in steps:

    1) I create the code you see above
    2) The Like button shown on the FB Developer Page (where the code is created), presents the amount of Pages likes and 'You, Jonathan and 150 others like this.' (after login in Facebook).
    3) I paste the code given by Facebook into the correct areas in my Dreamweaver websites
    4) After uploading my site:
    - the Like button DOES show the correct amount of Likes of the page
    - it DOES log you in correctly
    - but does NOT register a new Like after clicking
    - also does NOT show the names of the people after login ('You, Jonathan and 150 others like this.')

    Hope someone knows how to solve this - I am having the same problem in 3 different sites - In the Like Button but also the same in the Like Box

    The Like Box even shows the correct feed, but also does NOT register any new likes!

    Thanks in advance,

    Have a great Sunday!

    Umm, I know this is marked as resolved, but it may not be an internal issue. In your JavaScript you have 'facebook.net' instead of 'facebook.com'. I don't know if that's the issue, but it may be.

    Thank you L0adOpt1c, very alert to notice that ;-)
    I have copied and pasted the code as provided by FB so I would say they know what they do...I have tested it on someone else's computer and it was working the way it should, therefore I have the feeling my firewall is blocking something or maybe I miss a plugin or something. Still not solved from my computer but it seems to be an IT issue at the end.
