Hey guys. I've recently started designing a website after taking a 5-6 year break from coding, so I'm a little rusty. I have forgotten quite a bit of css so i've been coding strictly html/tables and designing my website in photoshop, so i have quite a few questions about a problem I just ran into.

The Problem
I am trying to make the website fit full browser, no matter the resolution of the viewers computer screen, without the page scrolling left/right, up/down. My layout is currently a little larger than the browser. As I stated earlier, Im using a photoshop template, from the code that was generated from photoshop, so my layout is an image sliced up. So basically, my question is, is there a way that i can shrink the layout and make it so the layout is always the size of the viewers browser? I could resize the images so they arent larger, but I want the page to fit no matter the resolution of the computer screen or viewing apparatus. Any help is appreciated!

Code:
<html>
<head>
<title>hscsplash-convert</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
</head>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">

I'd like to convert this into a css template; if my memory is correct, css is quite flexible with different resolution settings.

Its quite complicated, I know, but if anyone could possibly shed some light on this, I'd appreciate it. thanks.
