Vertical Drop Down Menu Not Working????

Hello I have tried to create a vertical drop down menu.

I am trying to get it to look like and perform similar to this drop down menu please view link http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/27875.html

I have created my first attempt at it but doesn't seem to work. Here is my jsfiddle you can look at http://jsfiddle.net/mwbcomputers/3mn7P/3/

Feel free to make any changes. I am only use to making basic ones i don't know where I have gone wrong.

I had a look at the fiddle but there is nothing in there that would cause the drop-down to exhibit any particular behaviour; no css-hover or css3 effects, no JS, so I am at a loss as to why the OP expected it to do anything. So, yes, @OP you need to find and follow a tutorial. You will discover that there are many tutorials available if your search "css vertical menu" or similar.

I wonder if OP is opening "file:///C:/path/to/document/index.htm" instead of "http://localhost/index.htm"? Could that make a difference?

UPDATE: Okay, now I looked at the fiddle. Should have done that, first. Nothing to actually do anything.

If anyone knows of a website that can offer ColdFusion help that isn't controlled by neurotic, pedantic jerks* (stackoverflow.com), please PM me with a link.
