How can I call an HTML header to every other page?

I have an HTML header that is the same on every page... I change my drop down menus often enough that I don't want to change the other 27 or so pages on the website...

    The website: www.greentractors.com

The home page changes seasonally, but all other pages use the same header..

    Thank you very much!

    Hello Shauno,
You need a server-side include. Check this out - http://www.tizag.com/phpT/include.php
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
