    HTML Footer help

    I'm pretty new to coding and trying to create my first website. I need help with the footer. I'm trying to get "Interact With Us" inbetween the left navigation and right copyright and also trying to put those images under "Interact With Us" Help would be appreciated.

    This is how it looks right now.

    Hello ricky0123,
    That's not your code, it's just a screencap of how your browser rendered your code. For specific help, we'll need to see your code.

    For the answer how to do this, you need to know about floats. Look through a decent float tutorial here.

    You might also like to see a simple demo that shows how to put three elements side by side here.

    If you quote your code here, we don't have to type so much
    Post the CSS that goes with it too!

    When posting code in the forum, please use the code tags, - available with the # button in the post edit window.
    This will wrap your code in a scroll box which greatly helps the readability of your post.

    Crazy stuff we have to go through to keep spam off this board. Oh well, post it when you can. For now, the answer is in those links I gave you.

    In addition to the html you need to give us the css that affects the elements in the footer.

    Look how much easier it is to keep track of closing tags when you use a little indentation and comments -
    Code:
    		<div class="container" id="footer">
    			<div class="row3">
    				<div class="sixcol">
    					<nav>
    						<ul>
    							<li class="current"><span class="cross">+</span><a href="http://www.rtrade.ca">Home</a></li>
    							<li><span class="cross">+</span><a href="http://www.rtrade.ca/services.html">Services</a></li>
    							<li><span class="cross">+<a href="http://www.rtrade.ca/careers.html">Careers</a></span></li>
    							<li><span class="cross">+</span><a href="http://www.rtrade.ca/contactus.html">Contact Us</a></li>
    						</ul>
    					</nav>
    				<!--end .sixcol--></div>
    				<div id="middle"> <!--align=center is deprecated and should not be used-->
    					<p>Interact With Us</p>
    						<ul>
    							<li> <a href="http://www.facebook.com/RTradeMain"><img src="facebook.jpg" alt="description"></a> </li>
    							<li> <a href="https://twitter.com/RTradeMain"><img src="twitter.jpg" alt="description"></a> </li>
    						</ul>
    				<!--end middle--></div>
    				<div class="lastcontent">
    					<div class="copyright">
    						<p>Copyright &copy; 2013 RTrade.</p>
    					</div>
    				<!--end .lastcontent--></div>
    			<!--end .row3--></div>
    		<!--end footer--></div>
