    background image will not load

Hi, i have done many background images and i know my code is right so i need to ask.

Is there such a thing as encrypting or coding a jpg or png image to now allow it to be a site background.

I know the file name is right, all i did was put the new name in my css, and the old background works fine but this one will not load.

I also can display the image on a page with just img src but again if i put it as background in a table it will not display.

It is a COD MW3 background image like these

    http://www.google.com/search?q=cod+mw3

I never heard of any security like this, can they block setting as background?

Even if i use screen capture and copy it to paint?

update i did finally find one that worked took me a bit, but that was really strange, so know i know for sure my code was right and there was something with all 5 of those other images i tried before.

Anyone have a clue what it might have been?

    Hello durangod,
Not sure about the table but if you have uncleared floats in an element, it will not expand and you won't see the background image you put on it.

We would need a link to the test site or some code to see what you're doing.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
