Images won't show on my webpage

Here is a link to the homepage.

The following code is for the (very unfinished page). I have a bunch of images, including the background image, that don't show up on the page though I'm fairly certain I'm using the correct syntax in all the cases but the background image CSS statement on line 23. If you could show me where my mistake was, that would be most appreciated. Is it that I'm not linking correctly to the pictures?

    Thank you for your time!

    Hello torsaur,
Yes, you are not linking to the images correctly. Your markup has the path to the image, but not the image.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/93656794@N06/8518753407/in/photostream"/ should probably look more like <img src="http://www.flickr.com/photos/93656794@N06/8518753407/in/photostream/MyImage.jpg" /> I'm just assuming that is the full path and, since I don't know the name of your image, I just used MyImage.jpg as an example. You'll have to put the actual name of your own image in place of that.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
