    Started with CSS in page, moved to ext file, now broken

    Hello, everyone.

    I started out with just incorporating my CSS within style tags at the top of the document. The code is becoming quite long, so I decided to save the CSS into a .css file in another folder and link to it.

    So, I now have this near the top of my document:
    PHP Code:
    <link href="../css/jobs.css" type="text/css" charset="UTF-8" />
    Now all formatting and font settings are gone. Why is my document not seeing the CSS?

    Thank you,

    EDIT/UPDATE: Curse you, DreamWeaver CS5! You didn't put "rel" in the editable dialog!!!

    rel="stylesheet" fixed this issue.

    ^_^

    If anyone knows of a website that can offer ColdFusion help that isn't controlled by neurotic, pedantic jerks* (stackoverflow.com), please PM me with a link.

    Try:

    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/jobs.css" type="text/css" />
