White space when changing html pages

On the page that I'm designing, I'm having a problem when you change pages it makes a white screen and then goes to the next page. On normal pages this isn't a problem, but the way mine is designed, it looks bad. Check it out, click on on of the links to the left and you'll see what I'm talking about

is there anyway to fix this? like make the background permanent?

    thanks

"quote...I'm sorry, but you don't have flash player 6 installed. Please go here and install the free flash player.

After you've done that, click here to view the site. "...endquote"
