    Trying to put an image at a specific place in the page

    Hi all,

    Here is the website:
    http://rebirth.techroom.net.nz/

    I'm trying to put this image on the left part of the menu where the space is. It's going to be bigger than the place given, so it's going to overlay.

    http://rebirth.techroom.net.nz/images/butterfly.png

    This is the code I'm trying to use, but in Firebug it's greyed out:

    Code:
    #butterfly
    {
    	background: url(http://rebirth.techroom.net.nz/images/butterfly.png);
    	position:absolute;
    	top: 100px;
    	margin: 0 auto 0 20px;
    }

    Looks like your your trying to overlay one absolute with another. .abs_holder{ and #butterfly{
    Try giving your you logo a z-index to bring it to the front.
    Code:
    #butterfly
    {
    	background: url(http://rebirth.techroom.net.nz/images/butterfly.png);
    	position:absolute;
    	top: 100px;
    	margin: 0 auto 0 20px;
    	z-index: 999;
    }
