Help! keeping content central and java not loading on page load?

    gandhiproductions.herobo.com/krishna/blog.html

    gandhiproductions.herobo.com/krishna/index.html

on this site i really what the twitter feed to appear on the right on each page, with the content interchangeable inbetween the menu and the twitter feed, but i'm struggling to keep things in place, currently i'd like to have different types of content ranging from standard div's/imgs to a java image slide show and an Iframe.......

Also on the index page the java slide show doesn't load everytime, if i refresh the page it does??? any help....

if you could advice/help me on keeping things in place that would be awesome!

    thank you

Apply float:left to #menu, then remove the huge top margin on #content and #twitter and adjust their position with margin top if needed. That also sorts out IE9. Then you can add whatever content you want to #content, providing it fits, and everything else will stay the same.

I'm not seeing an issue with your js.
