    Question CSS img:hover speed?

    Fixed using the below:

    Code:
    #Login-Con .Social img {
    	width: 32px;
    	height: 32px;
    	margin: 10px;;
    	float: left;
    }
    #Login-Con .Social img:hover {
    	-webkit-transition: all 0.5s ease;
    	-webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(255,255,255,0.8);
    	-moz-transition: all 0.5s ease;
    	-moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(255,255,255,0.8);
    	box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px rgba(255,255,255,0.8);
    	transition: all 0.5s ease;
    	-o-transition: all 0.5s ease;
    }
