    text moving on div

    hi there can someone please help me urgently . Not sure what to do with this one. if u look at www.vikingradio.net/test.html you will see my text is not stationary or moving with the rest of the webpage. sort of mving oposite to the main content on scrolling. The counter is in a div and can be viewed in source ..

    as well the bbc news reader is also doing the same and in a div

    It looks like you're missing position:relative on a containing div somewhere - I'm not exactly sure which elements you mean, but what I assume is the BBC ticker, and the #timediv and #divtimer elements are positioned absolutely. In the absence of a containing element with position:relative (I'd guess #info?) then the absolutely positioned divs will remain in the same place regardless of the size of the viewport - which is what you're seeing.

    If you add position:relative to #info then that might be something like what you need - although you'll probably need to amend the top and left positions from their current values.
