Weird Layout Issue on Mobile Devices

I'm having the following issue with two pages on my site when viewed on mobile devices and I'm very confused as to why this is happening. The pages are located at http://launchpadtoys.com/monkeygram/ and http://launchpadtoys.com/toontastic/

    Here's the issue:

    Thanks in advance.

Setting the meta viewport tag to a width of 1300px seems to be a hackish way of temporarily solving the problem. I also realized that in an older version of the page (located at http://launchpadtoys.com/monkeygram/old_index.php), I didn't have this problem.

Anyone have any idea what the real problem is here? I'd like to find a real solution to this if possible.

For some reason, the wrapper (set to a width of 100%) starts off with a width the same size as the body but then shrinks as the body gets resized. The only way that this would make sense to me is if I were somehow shrinking it using jQuery, but I'm not. Any help?
