    Need basic HTML help PLEASE!!!

Hello! I'm like a total newb at this and I'm sure this is easier than it seems. But I can't figure this out for the life of me.

Here's this game on a simple black webpage: http://www.timiscool.net/contra.html (anyone remember the game Contra?)

So I managed to recreate that page for offline use; as in, I have all the necessary swf files and title screen. But when I try to go on the html page I created, the "start 3D scene" button isn't appearing. It seems to be buried under the title screen. Here's my html page of it: http://speedy.sh/ZDfX8/ContraFPS.zip Just put the contents of the zip into a folder and click on the html file. You'll notice the start button is missing.

    PLEASE HELP!

Some files a programmed to only run if located on/attached to a certain domain.
Thus when you place the file on the computer, the domain check fails, and the file refuses to load/run

This is done to prevent anyone from stealing the files.

Hmm, I see... well, does that apply to this particular file?

    Yes it does!

In this case you can use their files on any page, but the swf have to be located at their server.
If you on your local page refers to the online files you will see that the game runs without problems.

Man, does that suck or what?

So if that website goes down, there's nothing to be done about it.

The site is 4 years old, which could indicate that it is, at least planned to be, a persistant page. Thus the chance it ends is probably very low.
