    Unhappy displaying locally but not on server???

    I have created a site locally but when uploaded to a host, it does not display correctly.
    The HTML / CSS files are available via: http://psdigitalmedia.com/im/

    If downloaded, it displays as intended, if opened in host, images, text, and sizes are completely unformatted. I believe it has something to do with stylesheets but can't locate the culprit.

    PLEASE HELP!! I am on tight time constraints and at my wits end.

    I checked the page source...linking the style sheet, you have done it like this:
    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="./Irida Mete Photography_files/1335575171" type="text/css">
    Since the main html file is in the root, it should be like this:
    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="Irida Mete Photography_files/1335575171" type="text/css">
    The problem is with the directory transversing.

    On a side note:
    It is advisable if you are going one level up in directory(to the parent directory:
    use
    Code:
    ../directory
    instead of
    Code:
    ./directory

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks Recoder - I will try that out. iBall, the directory listing is not the final URL so I didn't create the index file yet. Just click on the file in that directory to view the site on the host or download the files to view them locally.

    Thanks again for your replies!!!

    iBall,

    Thank you for your quick reply. I've replaced the spaces with an "_" but no deal. I am perplexed. I also tried eliminating "./" but that did not work either.
