    Paypal Form question

    Hi,

I've a normal HTML form made ( person names / Email address / Designs about the logo they want design etc ) and i have a paypal account,

What i want to know is this.

When they fill in the form with all there details and press submit I get the email with all the details and they get redirected to Paypal to make the payment. Paypal knows the amount and all the customer has to do is pay.

Paypal have a little form thing but you can only enter 1 or 2 things, I need alot of info from the customer.

Can anyone help me out ?

The way I do it is to store all of the extra info in a database with the key field being based on the time that they entered it. I pass that key to Paypal along with the data Paypal requires and Paypal passes that value back after processing the payment so that I know which entry in the database to update to record the payment.

You can either pass the key in the custom field or if you want it to appear in the Paypal emails as well you can tell Paypal to use it as the invoice number.
