Creating a PHP for form-to-mail form

Hello - If I send my form to someone, can you please create or show me how to create the PHP file? I've been trying for days and I'm going crazy.

    Thank you

Why don't you just copy and paste the code to here?

Provided you don't need attachments or embedded images you could use the free script I have at http://www.felgall.com/php2.htm

Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.

Some really good php tutorials and code examples on how to send

    1. Plain text emails
    2. HTML emails
    3. Emails with attachments

The code examples are such that you can just copy and paste them into your php script. Chenge a few parameters to suit and voila!!!

    Should help...

    Forms:

Recommend using a server-side script language if your web site allows it. Otherwise, you will have to use a client-side dependent "mailto:" action to get the form info sent to you.

Your current hosting package or service MUST allow SMTP ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_...nsfer_Protocol ) to work. Otherwise, no email can be sent.

Use any of the below sites to make the workable form you need:

Just follow the instructions for making it and uploading file(s).
