Unhappy Help with PHP script for mail-to form

This may be a big no-no, but can someone please just copy/paste the code for a mail-to form and the php script? I finally have the perfect form coded, but have trying for days to figure out how to code to php to have it actually e-mailed to me. I can only seem to find samples/examples that have 1 "message" field, but I need an array of body fields and my brain is tired of learning.

If anyone would be willing to let me just replace key words in their php script, I would appreciate you more than you'll know.

    Thank you

Do not expect anyone here to just provide you with a full solution for free.

Show what you have, and then it is probable that you can get a solution/fix that fits your current work.

Unless of course, you wanna hire someone to do it!

    See http://www.felgall.com/php2.htm

The free script there allows any number of fields to be passed into the email without any modification to the script being required.
