    Impossible to help without a link to your page (preferably) or your full html and css.

    Have a try with:

    Code:
    <div style="" id="footer">

    <div style="margin: 0pt auto; position: relative;">
    <div style="position: absolute; margin-top: -24px; right: 0pt;">
    and

    Code:
    div#lang_default {
        background: url("../img/menu_lang_default.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
        cursor: pointer;
        float: right;
        height: 19px;
        margin-top: 1px;
        /*position: absolute;*/
        width: 95px;
        z-index: 11;
    }
    That way the "Langue" tab does not stick out and there are no horizontal scrollbars down to about 954px wide, when a scrollbar appears because of the width here:

    Code:
    ul#topnav {
        background: none repeat scroll 0 0 white;
        position: absolute;
        width: 916px;
        z-index: 55;
    }
    Lose that width as well - try making it a percentage width - and there's no scrollbar down to about 630px.

    Well, I have to say in three years that's the rudest reply I've ever had.
    Well done.
    I've no intention of explaining further, and would suggest others do not bother either.
